Quest Prerequisite(s): Ring of the Wise King / Sapha`s Visit
Quest Reward(s): Access to Scaraba Dungeon 02, Chesire`s New day (Daily quest), Bradium Brooch [1], Dragon Manteau [1].
1. Equip the Ring of the Ancient Wise King. Speak with Inspector Doha.

2. In southwest, El Dicastes enter the building. On the right side of the room, use the elevator to go to Pub Burman Flone.
3. Speak to the pub owner Shay behind the bar.
4. Go to El Dicastes and speak to following 3 NPCs in order. Use Elevator -> Residential Zone 1 and then lest go to El Dicastes.
In the center of El Dicastes, speak to Walking Knit and ask about other races.
In the north west part of El Dicastes, speak to Resting Piom.
In the south east area, speak to Training Galten.
5. Return to the pub and talk to Shay again. He sends you to talk to the cat BK. Talk The minced ingredient is...
6. Outside El Discastes, to the southeast of your location, speak to BK and tell him "Shay`s special drink will be delivered". "Shay`s special drink will be delivered"
At this point, you have access to Scarab Hole Level 2 by talking to the Vigilantes /navi dic_dun01 290/104Copied!
7. Speak to BK again and he will ask you more. He will ask you to give him Proof Of Sapha`s Honor About other feline races
8. Speak to BK again for more info. He will ask you to give him 2x Proof Of Sapha`s Honor Who is the minister? Give a certification
9. Let`s go back to Shay in the Pub. Talk
10. Two maps south /navi dic_fild02 0/0Copied!, in the very south east corner of the map, look around for various spots Dirt Pile. Once you acquire an item from one of them, return to Shay.
11. Let`s go back to Shay in the Pub. Talk
12. Inside the Diel, Talk with the Adventurer Clerk and tell him I want to meet the minister. When he tells you that Ravail is busy, ask to speak to Ahat. He will take 3x Proof Of Sapha`s Honor.
13. At the back of the room, take the Elevator up to the Administrative Office.
14. When you come out of the elevator, follow the short hall then turn east. At the next opportunity, turn north and follow the long narrow hallway. Speak to the Diel Guard /navi dic_in01 138/22Copied!.
15. On the next floor, go east then north and speak to the Diel Guard blocking the doorway. He will then let you into the main room.
16. Speak to Minister Ahat behind the desk.
17. Talk again
18. Speak to Secret Adjutant next to the desk, he tells you to go to the area southeast of El Dicastes and collect 11x Hard Bloodstain, 11x Cursed Magical Stone, and 11x Frozen Piece Of Skin. While collecting, You decide that you should also collect an extra of each to keep as evidence for Doha 10+1 = 11.

20. After collecting 11 of each piece, return to Secret Adjutant in Ahat`s office, to hand in some of the pieces (10).
21. Speak to Minister Ahat and be rewarded with a Bradium Brooch [1].
22. Walk out of the building and Jarute HesLanta will pull you into his office to discuss Ahat.
23. Talk to Jarute HesLanta again after the first discussion. Then talk again and again.
24. After speaking with Jarute HesLanta, return to Inspector Doha to be rewarded with a Dragon Manteau [1].
25. Exit the building normally.
