3.1. Open the Small Leather Bag that you found in the main quest.

3.2. Lets go Yuno /navi yuno 120/138 and talk to Blacksmith Cleaver. Give it to him . Receive 500 000 B/J exp.

3.3. Lets go Prontera /navi prt_monk 93/254 and talk to Sister Margaret. Give it to her . Receive 500 000 B/J exp.

3.4. Lets go Prontera /navi prt_in 177/26 and talk to Knight Windsor. Give it to him . Receive 500 000 B/J exp.
Then talk again and give it to him . Receive 500 000 B/J exp.

3.5. Lets go Payon /navi payon_in03 194/39 and talk to Hunter Sherine. Give it to her . Receive 500 000 B/J exp.

3.6. Lets go Morocc /navi morocc 45/107 and talk to Guile Mavoritz. Give it to him .Receive 500 000 B/J exp.


4. "Teleportation Prohibition."

4.1. Talk to Arinoa Yurhik /navi rebel_in 82/68

4.2. Then talk to her brother Arivero Yurhik.

4.3. He needs a little rest before the quest starts, come tomorrow at 4 am.

4.4. Next day, talk to Arinoa Yurhik, then Arivero Yurhik.

You will need 1x Mystic Frozen and 3x Rough Wind

4.9. Lets go back to Rebelion base. Talk to Arinoa Yurhik and then speak with Arivero Yurhik.
You will need 1x Star Crumb

4.10. Lets go Yuno, find Arivero Yurhik /navi yuno 204/226. Use the quest menu...
You will need 4x Great Nature

4.11. Lets go Einbroch, find Arivero Yurhik /navi einbroch 262/42. Use the quest menu...
You will need 1x Great Nature and 3x Flame heart

4.12. Lets go back to Rebelion base. Talk to Arinoa Yurhik and then speak with Rebellion leader.
Receive 10x Schwarz`s Honor Token + 5 000 000 B.EXP / 20 000 000 J.EXP.
