decreased by 20% for 5 sec and the damage
received by them is increased by 10% (excluding Boss class monsters).
The weapon can`t be swapped for 1.2 seconds
after using this skill.
Damage additionally increases according to the
caster`s BaseLv, POW and Self Study Tactics
skill level.
